Position Summary As a summer intern with Elizabethtown Gas, your role as an Engineering Intern will include assisting Design Engineers by working on various projects and initiatives to help the organization continue to grow while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Essential Functions: Collect, research and interpret existing facility records as part of the design process. Perform design of various types of natural gas distribution projects. Create construction plans using AutoCAD. Field/site visits to construction projects. Organize documents and analyze data. Perform other special projects and assignments as required. Qualifications Qualifications: Completion of at least 2 years of coursework toward earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred). Knowledge of PC-based applications. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other computer assisted design software. Excellent communication and analytical skills required. Compensation Range: $17 - 28 We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees.
