Support Services Project Manager - Remote
The scope of the proposed services will include the following: • Provide day-to-day project management support • Create and publish project documentation, including project status reports, project schedules and plans, risks, issues and other documentation, as needed • Plan for utilization of resources • Meet with Management and Users to understand project goals and milestones • Track Project milestones and deliverables throughout project life-cycle • Provide and maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation • Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and in-scope agencies • Create end user documentation and training as needed • Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS and DPS-LSP staff for all requested work, as needed Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: • 8+ years of experience in managing projects • Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: • Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects • Project management with State of Louisiana • PMP certification • SCRUM Master certification • Managing large scale projects with many teams and stakeholders Apply tot his job
