The Position:
Ā Provide a high level of customer support to clients
Ā Check in with and distribute contracts with carriers
Ā Coordinate and attend open enrollment meetings
Ā Maintaining and keeping up-to-date with knowledge of legislative updates and industry information, and update clients on industry insurance
Ā Assist clients with Online HRIS and Benefits Administration systems: ADP, BeneTrac, bSwift, Ease, Employee Navigator, etc.
What We Need From You:
Ā Experience - You have 2+ years of experience working on Employee Benefits accounts in a brokerage setting
Ā Software - You are proficient with EPIC
Ā Certified - Active CA Life & Health/Accident License
Ā Groups - you have experience with mid-sized group accounts
Ā Bilingual in Spanish is required
