About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to support a spirituality and meditation business in scaling its audience and offerings. This role focuses on creating, formatting, and distributing newsletters and campaigns, ensuring links, formatting, and calls-to-action are optimized for engagement. Key Responsibilities ● Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, nurturing sequences). ● Ensure all links, formatting, and visuals function correctly across devices. ● Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. ● Maintain subscriber lists and segment audiences for targeted outreach. ● Collaborate with the founder to turn content ideas into polished campaigns. ● Provide light admin support (document formatting, links, follow-ups). Must-Have Qualifications ● 3+ years’ experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Klaviyo). ● Strong attention to detail and ability to proof, QA, and test emails. ● Basic design/layout skills in Canva or similar tools. ● Excellent written English communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
