BE[IN]CRYPTO is searching for a highly proficient Email Marketing and Automation Manager to spearhead the development and execution of targeted Email Marketing campaigns across 14 diverse markets, incorporating intricate automation and structural nuances. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting customer audiences, curating compelling content, conducting in-depth analyses, and automating processes to enhance reader engagement. Preferably, the candidate should possess prior experience in media or e-commerce, with a specialised focus on email automation, showcasing extensive proficiency in tools such as "OptInMonster" and "Customer.io." ## What you’ll do: Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Define and implement targeted email campaigns across 14 diverse markets, considering regional nuances and audience preferences. Automation Management: Implement and optimise intricate email automation workflows using tools such as "OptInMonster" and "Customer.io." Continuously explore and integrate new automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Audience Segmentation: Craft customer segments based on demographic, behavioural, and engagement data to personalise email content and increase relevance. Utilise segmentation strategies to maximise the impact of campaigns across different markets. Content Curation: Collaborate with content creators to curate compelling and relevant content for email campaigns. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all email communications. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analyses of email marketing performance, providing insights into key metrics and KPIs. Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimise email elements, including subject lines, content, and calls-to-action. Use test results to refine strategies and enhance overall campaign performance. Reader Engagement Enhancement: Implement strategies to enhance reader engagement, including targeted re-engagement campaigns for inactive subscribers. Monitor and respond to subscriber feedback and engagement metrics. ## It’s a perfect match if you are: 3+ years of experience in Email marketing, with a focus on media or e-commerce (Must have OptInMonster and Customer.io experience) Native or bilingual English proficiency Experience in crypto, blockchain, NFTs, or web3 Demonstrated experience creating engaging content and driving engagement across email automation Advanced WordPress and HTML knowledge Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies Knowledge of Email Marketing Automation best practices and experience managing campaigns across large databases ## What we can offer: A true startup experience – flat hierarchy, no bureaucracy, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing business.
