To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to both technical and non-technical users. You will be successful by design mapping and solutioning profitable, custom integrations for our customers.Responsibilities include: Conduct deep dive discovery sessions to identify business needs/processes and finalize requirements gathering, resulting in creation of SOW.Provide effort estimation for analysis, mapping, testing. Log billable hours as required to ensure maximization of profitability.Accelerate time to value by clarifying any Solutions approach cross departmentally with CS and Product teams.Write code for adaptors (including custom), create pre and post processors, map EDI.Prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on resolving complex challenges and ability to prioritize accordingly.Project management as needed to ensure on time delivery.Identify gaps and provide recommendations to both internal and external teams.Qualifications3-5+ years of EDI experience in a business analyst or IT related role or similar in a supply chain company or B2B SaaS company. Strong experience analyzing EDI specifications.Advanced technical skills, including familiarity with a wide variety of data file types such as XML and JSON.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Familiarity with tracking billable hours.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.A history of leading and supporting successful projects.A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work a flexible schedule.Experience effectively leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, communication, or decision-making, as applicable to the role—while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical use and data security best practices.
