What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor exception reports for order and return issues, addressing problems such as bad addresses and stock shortages
- Provide timely email support to the customer service team regarding order changes and delivery failures
- Communicate with warehouses for updates on shipments, address changes, and fulfillment issues
- Run weekly metrics and scorecard reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Monitor systems for integration failures and manage IT ticket submissions for issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of eCommerce experience
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on improving customer experiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite, including creating and editing sales orders and fulfillment records
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify
