Job Description:
DVI Technologies is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Specialty Pharmacy systems and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) to join our growing healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in healthcare, particularly in specialty pharma operations and PBM workflows, and will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with Specialty Pharmacy and PBM systems to optimize workflows, data exchange, and reporting.
• Support the design and implementation of system enhancements and integrations within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Facilitate meetings, conduct gap analyses, and define solution roadmaps.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for developers and QA teams.
• Assist with testing, validation, and user training activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Specialty Pharmacy processes, PBM operations, and healthcare regulations.
• Travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Proven experience working with Specialty Pharmacy systems and PBM.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulations, and payer/provider interactions.
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and process modeling tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems, claims processing, or prior authorization systems.
• Knowledge of HL7, NCPDP, or other healthcare data standards.
• Agile or hybrid project methodology experience.
