E-commerce Product Listing Specialist for Marketplace (Excel Bulk Upload, Electronics Accessories) - Contract to Hire
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to help us upload and maintain product listings on marketplace. Our products are mainly electronic accessories. You will work with Excel templates (bulk upload) and occasionally perform manual adjustments inside the marketplace seller dashboard after products are published. This is a long-term position with consistent weekly work. If you have experience with bolthires (flat files), Etsy, Shopee, Lazada or AliExpress listings, you will feel at home here.Responsibilities: - Fill in Marketplace Excel templates for product creation (bulk upload) - Ensure accurate product data: title, attributes, SKU, variations, specifications - Upload products and perform manual adjustments after publishing (if required) - Follow our instructions and established SOPs - Organize images (we provide them) - Maintain accurate SKU/attribute structures - Consistently deliver high-quality, error-free listings Requirements: - Proven experience with bolthires flat files, or other marketplace listing templates - Strong Excel skills (filters, data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred) - Experience with electronics accessories (a big plus) - Ability to follow instructions precisely - Excellent attention to detail - Responsible, communicative, and consistent in deadlines - English level: good reading & writing Nice-to-Have: - Experience with variations (color/model/type) - Experience uploading 100+ products per month - Familiarity with marketplace listing rules and product attribute standards Workload: Approx.100 products per month Ongoing monthly work : To help us filter the right candidates, please include: - A short description of your experience with bolthires/Shopee/etc. - A screenshot or sample of a bulk upload Excel file you have completed (hide sensitive data). -Your availability per week. - Confirmation you are willing to complete a short paid test task.
