Provide detailed itineraries and travel documents to clients
Offer expert advice on travel destinations, visas, health and safety requirements, and local customs
Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry changes
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain and manage client profiles, ensuring all preferences and past travel experiences are recorded
Process payments and provide invoices and receipts to clients
Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and services for clients
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance travel knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in travel and tourism is a plus
Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role within the travel industry (or willingness to learn)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
