You will work closely with our team to design, implement, and maintain complex virtualization solutions, ensuring that our customers' needs are met and exceeded. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain complex virtualization solutions using VMware vSphere and other cloud infrastructure tools * Build, modify, deploy, and configure Windows and Linux-based virtual machines (VMs) within the VMware vSphere environment * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to virtualization and cloud infrastructure * Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles related to virtualization and cloud infrastructure * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new solutions and services * Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on virtualization and cloud infrastructure topics * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in virtualization and cloud infrastructure, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions and services **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in virtualization and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on VMware vSphere * Deep knowledge of VMware tools and products, including vSphere and ESXi * Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and services in a virtualization and cloud infrastructure environment * Strong understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell and/or BASH, as well as programming languages such as C * Knowledge of physical computer components and architectures, including functions of various components and peripherals, basic programming concepts, assembly codes, TCP/IP, OSI models, underlying networking protocols, and security hardware * Proficiency in writing, editing, and executing scripts on Windows and Linux systems * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or technical discipline from an accredited college or university **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience programming in languages such as C++, C#, Ruby, Perl, Python, SQL * Experience with Ansible and HashiCorp tools, especially Packer * Certifications such as CEH, LPT, GXPN, GPEN, GREM, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, RHCE, CompTIA's A+, Cloud+, and Server+ * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization concepts, including cloud security, scalability, and high availability * Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in virtualization and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on VMware vSphere * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in virtualization and cloud infrastructure * Strong understanding of scripting languages and programming languages, including PowerShell, BASH, C, and others * Proficiency in writing, editing, and executing scripts on Windows and Linux systems * Strong understanding of physical computer components and architectures, including functions of various components and peripherals, basic programming concepts, assembly codes, TCP/IP, OSI models, underlying networking protocols, and security hardware **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we believe in the importance of ongoing learning and development.
