Dental Billing Consultant

Description: We’re Splendor—a healthtech company making insurance less annoying dental practices. We’re offering early access to our system for a select group of billing managers who want to cut out insurance busywork and shape tools built for real-world use. This is a paid, flexible role for people who want their practice to run more efficiently and don’t mind getting paid to help make that happen. We’ll compensate you at up to $50/hour for calls where you talk us through your day-to-day, walk us through how your office handles insurance, and try out features we’ve built for teams like yours. There’s no obligation to adopt anything permanently. You’re just helping us build the thing you’d actually want to use—if it works, great. If not, we’ll pay you for your time and learn from the experience. What You’ll Do: • Walk us through how your team handles billing today • Try out new Splendor features in real scenarios and give feedback • Tell us what needs to happen for your practice to consider using it • If the product fits, introduce us to decision-makers or other practices who might benefit or who could share insights with us Who You Are: • A current office/practice manager at a private dental practice • You oversee or participate in RCM workflows • You want software that actually solves the problems you deal with • You’re clear about what you need, and comfortable sharing feedback This Might Be For You If: • Your practice sees at least 50+ patients/day • You’ve evaluated or purchased tools for your practice before • You have attention to detail: answer "burgundy" for the favorite color question so we know you paid attention to this description! • You want to reduce time spent on benefits breakdowns and claim follow-ups • You know what makes a vendor easy or hard to work with Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: $50.00 per hour Application Question(s): • What's your favorite color? • How many patients does your practice see every day? • Are you currently the office or billing manager of a dental practice? • How many people handle billing at your practice (apart from you, if applicable)?
