Responsibilities
Ā Review and interpret 401k statements to extract relevant data

Ā Enter and maintain data in a new database with high precision

Ā Leverage Google docs for data entry and record management

Ā Communicate effectively with the team via Slack or similar chat platforms

Ā Handle 7-10 documents on a daily basis ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on processing forms
,
Ā Provide assistance with reporting needs as required
,
Ā Navigate complex documents comfortably and efficiently
,
Ā Work flexibly with the ability to connect on East Coast time
,
Ā Utilize a proprietary in-house database and PDFs for data handling and management
Requirements
Ā Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
,
Ā Proven proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration
,
Ā Demonstrated skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy
,
Ā Strong experience in document control, including organizing, storing, and managing documents
,
Ā Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
,
Ā Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
,
Ā Strong written and verbal communication skills
,
Ā Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
