Rostering Associate

Next Level Sports is looking for a detail-oriented, organization mastermind to join the team. If you pride yourself on completing challenging puzzles, creating connections with families, then this position is for you. As a Rostering Associate, you will manage and oversee the allocation of registrants to teams within our Basketball, Volleyball, Flag Football and Camp program verticals. The Rostering Associate will report to the Program Development Manager. This remote-eligible position requires ~10-20 hours per week (note: hourly demand will increase and decrease in line with the cyclical nature of our programming). Workload may be increased or decreased depending upon availability and program growth. Rostering Associates may work on a flexible schedule outside of required training and standing meetings, while still adhering to Key Performance Indicators within the job description. What You’ll Do: Responsibilities of the Roster Associate include managing the full roster-building process using defined program parameters, balancing teams with accuracy and consistency, and executing timely, high-quality customer communication. Roster Associates are expected to respond to assigned customer service inquiries within 16 business hours, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and communicate directly with families via our customer service platform to resolve questions, clarify information, and support a positive participant experience from registration to Kick Off. Roster Building (70%) • Use Next Level’s registration platform to build teams and roster participants as they register from a program’s launch throughout its start date. • Follow Next Level’s rostering policies and methodologies as outlined in training • Communicate effectively and promptly to emails from families within assigned programs • Assist in efforts to enhance registration through personalized communication methods to individual families, providing first-class customer service and outreach activities, especially for new site locations • Maintain consistent personal documentation of roster builds for enhanced tracking Customer Service (30%) • Respond to all assigned customer support tickets for your assigned programs within 16 business hours • Strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction scores • Assist with lower-level customer inquiries that do not pertain to your assigned programs during periods of increased customer inquiries What We’re Looking For: • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Hospitable and customer service-oriented • Highly organized with acute attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace Suite • Time management skills, ability to hit deadlines How to Apply: Next Level Sports is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
