This is a part-time, flexible role designed for 20 hours per week, making it ideal for someone with a self-starter attitude and a knack for connecting... with talent in unique ways. This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere within the United States.
What you'll do:
 Identify and source candidates for leadership roles across Teamshares network companies, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter
 Pursue and leverage both internal and external referrals, ensuring follow-through to identify strong talent pipelines
 Employ innovative strategies to discover and engage top talent, thinking creatively to expand our reach
