Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Implement and maintain an efficient document control system, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, process, and distribute documents in a timely manner.
Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Facilitate document review and approval processes, tracking changes and ensuring version control.
Respond promptly to internal and external document requests, providing information as needed.
Collaborate with IT to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in document control or records management is a plus.
