Division Coordinator, Global Store and Visual Experience

What You’ll Do: Provide administrative support to (5) department heads, including calendar management, expense reporting, travel coordination, and organization of weekly development reports. Manage professional store photography, including upkeep and distribution to global partners; support the creation of investor presentations. Prepare electronic materials, including design pin-ups, PowerPoint presentations, and spreadsheets. Track and prepare reports and presentations for executive-level review. Prepare and distribute timely meeting recaps to internal stakeholders. Maintain the design studio to a high standard, including organization of materials, supply management, and upkeep of the design library. Maintain and update departmental information, including systems, showroom data, and store metrics. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across internal teams and external partners. Provide general team support including, but not limited to, invoice processing and supply coordination. You’ll Need to Have: Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years professional experience Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency preferred Ability to read architectural construction documents preferred.
