About The Role

Cyderes is seeking an energetic and motivated Director, Commercial Business Development to join our team. Ideally, you have cybersecurity experience, have a managed services background, and deep insight into the trends impacting the cybersecurity ecosystem. You are ready to leverage your existing network and skillset to help Cyderes expand our footprint. You are passionate about maximizing the potential in others through hands-on coaching, repeatable frameworks & best practices, the ability to develop and manage to relevant KPIs, and the ability to analyse data to improve both individual and team-based performance. Success in this role requires the ability to establish relationships quickly with clients, to fail fast and learn faster, to be agile and to always be moving forward.

Responsibilities
??Develop the strategy and initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance customer retention, and expand our market reach, improve forecasting and advance our new logo acquisition and outreach programs
??Lead and develop a team of varying sales roles, experiences and responsibilities
??Build repeatable sales engagement frameworks / processes to improve the customer experience
??Define repeatable sales methodology frameworks, KPIs and reporting structure to ensure accurate forecasting and target achievement
??Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process
??Direct / manage deal cycles for all team members
??Contribute to the development of new revenue opportunities our service lines
??Build and strengthen existing relationships
??Travel as required

Qualifications
??10+ years of experience in cybersecurity service sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
??Excellent communication, negotiating and writing skills
??Advanced leadership / coaching knowledge
??Experience working industry thought leaders
??Proven record of service renewals, new logo acquisitions
??Highly motivated, self-starter, meticulous, positive and energetic
??Analytical, data driven
??Experience with CRM systems a must, preferably Salesforce.
