About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead Luxury Brand and GDS initiatives to enhance performance and innovation.
• Explore and define opportunities for design and construction projects.
• Engage with internal and external partners to facilitate renovations and redevelopment projects.
• Review project documents for compliance with GDS and Brand standards.
• Deliver recommendations and approval documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• Five years of experience in Luxury & Lifestyle Brand strategy-focused roles in hospitality design, project management, and construction.
• Four years of experience in corporate communications and team management.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, InDesign, Bluebeam, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Advanced degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture & Design, or Real Estate Development.
• Fifteen years of hospitality experience in design and construction roles in the Luxury & Lifestyle sector.
