Digital Marketing & Growth Consultant Needed

Overview

We are building an AI-First Classifieds Platform with a discreet, intelligent concierge experience powered by AI agents and bots. This is a high-competition, non-mainstream vertical that requires real growth expertise, not generic marketing tactics. We are looking for a senior Digital Marketing & Growth Consultant who knows how to attract, convert, and scale users internationally in challenging categories where platforms, policies, and acquisition channels are restrictive.

What You’ll Do

- Design and execute international user acquisition strategies for a new platform

- Identify viable traffic sources in restricted or high-competition verticals

- Advise on SEO, ASO, content, affiliates, partnerships, and alternative channels

- Define go-to-market and launch strategies (country-by-country or global)

- Help position the platform for trust, discretion, and conversion

- Analyze funnels, user behavior, and CAC vs LTV assumptions

- Recommend experiments, test quickly, and iterate based on performance

Required Experience

- Senior-level experience in digital marketing, growth, or user acquisition

- Proven success in at least one of the following verticals:

- Classifieds / marketplaces

- Gambling / betting

- Dating

- Crypto / Web3

- Strong understanding of international traffic acquisition

- Experience working around ad platform restrictions and policy limitations

- Ability to think strategically and act hands-on

Strong Plus

- Direct experience in classifieds

- Experience with affiliate networks and arbitrage

- Experience launching products in multiple countries
