The Program Manager plays a critical part in ensuring that our digital health tools and services align with strategic goals and meet the needs of our patients and organization.Education Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:
Provides oversight and management of digital health products and services associated with but not limited to the following products: Epic Campaigns, remote patient monitoring, and MyChart Care Companions
Drives continuous quality improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes that improve patient safety, quality, and experience
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, quality, information systems and patient experience, to support optimization of digital health products and services
Supports internal initiatives by promoting digital health tools and services within the organization
Stays current with industry trends and best practices in Digital Health
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in applicable field
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital health or healthcare domain
2 years of experience in a leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders across the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years experience in healthcare system leadership
Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
Experience utilizing Epic electronic health record
Experience with digital health tools and services, including remote patient monitoring, virtual care coordination, mobile health apps, patient outreach and communication tools
