What Youll Be Doing
Data Entry: Accurately input data into various databases and systems from source documents, ensuring timely and precise completion.
Data Review: Check data for errors or inconsistencies, make necessary corrections, and verify accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
Data Management: Update existing data, retrieve information as requested, and perform regular backups to safeguard data integrity.
File Organization: Maintain and organize files and records for easy access and efficient data retrieval.
Team Collaboration: Work with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry.
Confidentiality: Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
Skills: Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Independence: Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
