Our client, a leader in the Financial Industry, is seeking a Remote Project Manager with Financial/Retirement industry experience to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Planning Office supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Following Strategic Planning Office processes and templates for delivery.
• Manage overall project plans and be responsible for all delivery workstreams: Requirements, Development, Testing, UAT, and Business Readiness.
• Manage change control effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead communications with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Enhance the overall user experience of a retirement platform by improving site structure and navigation.
What's Needed?
• Financial Industry knowledge, with a preference for experience in Retirement.
• Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with project management tools and lifecycles.
• Ability to modernize and align project deliverables with current brand standards.
