Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and empathy. You will handle inquiries regarding bookings, flight changes, and general information, providing a seamless and satisfying experience for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations.
• Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Utilize various software tools to manage and update customer information.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
