Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Your responsibilities
ā¢ Serve as a brand ambassador, handling incoming and follow-up customer enquiries via phone, web form, or web chat.
ā¢ Follow established procedures to address customer needs promptly and professionally.
ā¢ Process warranty claims and coordinate repair services for customers.
ā¢ Provide technical troubleshooting support and guidance.
ā¢ Resolve complaints, process orders, arrange refunds, and provide product information to ensure a seamless customer experience.
ā¢ Assist customers with all aspects of the purchasing process, including addressing questions, resolving incidents, and managing queries.
ā¢ Strive to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient and effective resolution of requests
Our requirements
ā¢ C1/C2-level proficiency in Hungarian language, both written & verbal
ā¢ B2 English language skills
ā¢ Proven experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within consumer products
ā¢ Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms (e.g CRM, WebChat, Review Sites)
ā¢ Competence in Microsoft Office
ā¢ Ability to empathize with customers while maintaining an objective perspective
ā¢ Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle queries quickly and efficiently
ā¢ Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to support colleagues
Optional
ā¢ High school graduate or similar
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service with or in a Contact Centre
ā¢ Experience in complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction
ā¢ Familiarity with Social Media and/or E-Commerce platforms
ā¢ Experience in cross-selling or up-selling product
ā¢ Interested in new technologies such as AI
