Experienced Data Entry Analyst – Pricing & Underwriting – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

JobResponsibilities: As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Analyzing data and preparing analytics, including pricing and financial models, leveraging advanced bolthires Excel, bolthires Access, SQL techniques, and other tools to inform business decisions.* Utilizing advanced-level skills in bolthires Excel to create and maintain sophisticated forecasting and underwriting models, including developing pivot tables, creating macros, using VLOOKUP, INDEX + MATCH, SUMIFS, troubleshooting formula errors, and formula auditing. * Utilizing intermediate-level skills in bolthires Access, SAS, and SQL to query and analyze large and complex data sets, including developing parameter and motion queries, joining tables, creating cross-tab queries, and using macros to provide user interaction and automate tasks.* Tracking, evaluating, reporting, and automating efforts to advise on process upgrades and guide contemporary pricing mechanisms. * Identifying and solving pricing issues through acting evaluation that involves retrieving and analyzing both internal data and data obtained from third-party sources. * Analyzing data and units of data to become responsible for the results portrayed by that evaluation. * Utilizing standard operating procedures to analyze and respond to inquiries from internal business partners concerning pricing for various lines of business, including retail, specialty, immunizations, and clinics.* Providing compensation charge suggestions based on complex pricing models for multimillion-dollar opportunities. * Communicating and collaborating with business partners (at all levels of the organization) in various functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales. * Presenting pricing theory suggestions, data analysis, and financial models to management and leadership on a daily basis. * Preparing senior-level executive documentation of pricing theory financial metric suggestions (Executive Governance Memos).EssentialQualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics. * High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. * Knowledge and understanding of data, business metrics, and operational processes. * Strong basic questioning skills and experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and discover solutions.* Ability to challenge results, address ambiguity, resolve issues, make decisions, see trends/patterns within data sets, and identify root causes. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide data to executives and leaders within the organization. * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-project concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines with a high-quality product. * Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting high-quality standards.* Intermediate-level skills in bolthires PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, including: + bolthires PowerPoint: applying a theme, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and theme colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format and/or formatting font. + bolthires Excel: using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling. + bolthires Word: placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns.PreferredQualifications: * Advanced-level skills in bolthires Excel, Access, and SQL. * Experience working with large and complex data sets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. * Experience working in a remote work arrangement.
