Delivery and Success Associate

Ketryx is an AI software platform that enables healthcare life sciences companies to ship life-saving regulated products in weeks instead of years. The Delivery and Success Associate will work closely with customers to manage safety-critical and regulated development processes, supporting them from onboarding through long-term partnership and helping to configure the Ketryx platform. Responsibilities Support Customer Success: Partner with clients during onboarding and ongoing use of the Ketryx platform, helping them apply best practices for requirements, verification, and quality workflows Configure and Support the Platform: Assist with configuring Ketryx to align with customer development processes, including requirements traceability, documentation workflows, and validation artifacts Apply Engineering & Quality Thinking: Help customers reason through leaving evidence, verification activities, and structured development processes commonly used in regulated and safety‑critical environments Troubleshoot and Problem‑Solve: Investigate technical and workflow challenges, escalate thoughtfully when needed, and follow through to resolution Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to help improve the platform and internal processes Support Quality & Compliance Efforts: Contribute to accurate, well‑structured documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) and reinforce strong process discipline Grow Your Technical Skill Set: Build fluency in regulated software development concepts such as requirements management, verification & validation (V&V), and the V‑model Skills Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience) Familiarity with concepts such as requirements, verification & validation, testing, systems engineering, or the V‑model (academic or professional exposure is sufficient) Curiosity about or comfort working in regulated, safety‑critical environments (medical devices, biotech, pharma, aerospace, automotive, etc.) Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing Comfort troubleshooting issues, asking good questions, and reasoning through complex workflows Enjoys working across teams and building trusted relationships with customers and teammates Prior regulated experience is a plus, not a requirement Benefits Generous stock options possible Generous PTO for full-time Company Overview Ketryx is an AI‑driven compliance platform that automates documentation tasks and workflows for regulated product teams.
