Daytime K-5 Virtual Tutor- Fall 2025
Framework is Hiring Certified K-5 Tutors - Daytime, East Coast Hours
Framework is seeking passionate, certified educators to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to elementary students (grades K-5 K-4) during the school day. We are especially interested in tutors who reside in Florida and/or are bilingual, as we serve a diverse range of students.
Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering math and ELA instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Sessions are designed to be engaging, student-centered, and adaptable to individual learning needs.
Position Details
• Schedule: Weekdays, daytime hours on Eastern Time
• Employment Type: W-2, part-time (no guaranteed minimum hours)
• Pay: $35/hour for tutoring
• Location: Remote (must reside and work in the U.S.)
• Subjects: K-5 K-4 Math and ELA
• Preference Given To: Florida residents and bilingual tutors

Responsibilities
• Deliver live, virtual tutoring to K-5 students in 1:1 or small group settings

• Administer provided assessments as scheduled
• Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team
Requirements
• Current, valid teaching license in General Ed, Math, or ELA (expired licenses not accepted)
• Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
• Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
• Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms
• Prior online tutoring experience preferred
• Bilingual abilities preferred
