Job Title: Data & Monitoring Dashboard Intern FLSA: Exempt Job Overview: Job Title: Summer Intern - Data & Monitoring Dashboard (AWS Quick Suite)Job SummaryWe are looking for a Summer Intern to help design and build an internal monitoring dashboard for our batch processing systems. The intern will work with engineering teams to create a centralized dashboard using Amazon Quick suite, providing visibility into the performance and health of 50+ automated jobs. This dashboard will be integrated into our internal SG Core UI for business and technical users.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interactive dashboards using Amazon Quick suiteAnalyze job execution data and create meaningful visualizations and metricsBuild reporting for job status, errors, execution time, and performance trendsCollaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to gather requirementsSupport integration of dashboards into internal applicationsDocument dashboard functionality and usageQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of SQL and data analysisFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web ServicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Amazon Quick suite, Tableau, Power BI)Exposure scripting languagesUnderstanding of monitoring/logging concepts or DevOps fundamentalsWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience with Amazon Quick Suite and cloud-based analyticsExposure to real-world system monitoring and data pipelinesOpportunity to contribute to a high-impact internal tool used across teamsAbout Safe-Guard Products International:Safe-Guard Products International is the leading provider of branded vehicle protection products in the finance and insurance space to the automotive, RV, marine and motorcycle/powersports industries.
