Remote Survey Research Interviewer (Spanish) - Part-time - CAHPS

DUTIES
• Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone utilizing outbound call management technology
• Accurately record responses using a CATI system
• During each survey interview, positively engage with members of the public and remain neutral and unbiased regarding their responses
• Respond accurately to caller questions or concerns
• Complete all training activities
• Follow written communication scripts and project protocol
• Utilize refusal avoidance techniques to ensure each survey is completed
• Maintain standards for quality and production
• Be receptive and quick to implement constructive feedback
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or at least 4 years' work experience to be considered
• Candidate must be fluent in reading and writing in Spanish and English
• Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated active listening skills and the ability to navigate the survey system while accurately entering data
• Clear and professional telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script
• Appropriately address questions or issues presented during calls using protocol
• Computer literacy skills including keyboard skills, ability to enter data accurately, and basic troubleshooting for using and accessing computer systems
• Ability to work set schedule to meet project objectives which includes a minimum of 20 hours during the calling effort
• Ability to read scripted questions and responses verbatim
• Prior experience as a survey research interviewer strongly preferred
• Previous experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person
• Experience working with MS Office products, such as MS Teams, Word, and Excel
