In this role, you will play a pivotal part in steering the financial integrity of our organization. Your expertise will guide our accounting team in accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for leading audits, enhancing accounting processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This position not only demands a thorough understanding of accounting principles but also requires strong leadership skills to drive efficient outcomes and innovative solutions for the business.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and develop the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
• Manage reconciliations, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate and improve accounting practices to enhance efficiency.
• Document policies and workflow for assigned areas.
• Assist planning and tax functions with routine analysis.
• Conduct various ad hoc financial analyses.
• Lead special departmental projects as assigned.

Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with leadership duties.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• CPA license preferred.
• Proficient in major accounting software, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with financial reporting frameworks, including SOX.
