Data Integrity Specialist, Performance Reporting

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Integrity Specialist to support operational and service activities within our Performance Reporting team. This role requires strong communication skills and prior customer service experience. The ideal candidate would possess previous performance and wealth reporting experience, especially with the Albridge/Wove platform. The candidate needs a strong ability to troubleshoot system-related issues, interface with vendors, and provide training to internal associates and financial professionals. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem solver with excellent communication skills, willing to thrive in the financial industry. The ideal candidate would have experience in the financial industry, with preferred experience in performance reporting software such as Albridge/Wove. Skilled in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and maintaining accuracy with a keen attention to detail. Strong communicator with excellent presentation abilities, capable of training internal and external customers. Adept at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant financial systems. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for operational and service activities related to a third party performance reporting system, including troubleshooting issues, managing system activations/deactivations, and providing requested reports. Deliver professional presentations and conduct both formal and informal training sessions via teleconference or occasional in-person meetings, including offsite presentations. Perform system maintenance and manage administrative files, proactively identifying areas for system improvement. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of other company technology systems that interface with departmental systems to effectively troubleshoot inbound inquiries. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will possess an entry to intermediate level of experience in data entry, troubleshooting and customer service. Salary Range: $40,000-45,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law.
