Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Engage with our existing customer database to schedule Healthcare maintenance visits. You'll be the friendly voice of Healthcare Firm, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into our software system. This includes details from paper files acquired during company acquisitions and updates to our existing database.
Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed call targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
Strong attention to detail, especially when entering data.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in outbound calling or data entry is a plus but not required.
