Expense Reimbursement Analyst (Accounts Payable)

Job Purpose JOB DESCRIPTION The Accounts Payable Analyst will join the AP team, focusing on employee expense reimbursements while providing general support to the AP department. The role ensures that all expenses comply with company policy and are processed accurately and in time for manager approval. Key Responsibilities Expenses Reimbursement • Review employee expense submissions in D365 daily. • Verify compliance with company expense reimbursement policy. • Approve valid expenses for manager review. • Generate biweekly reports for the People team for payroll processing. • Ensure all approved expenses are paid within the month incurred. Accounts Payable Support • Monitor and respond to AP team emails. • Monitor vendor payment terms and methods to ensure compliance with company policies. • Initiate the creation of new vendors in the system, ensuring all required documentation is collected in accordance with company policies. • Perform daily tasks and ad-hoc requests as assigned by the AP Manager to support the AP team. Requirements • Advanced English communication skills. • Experience in employee expense reimbursement processes is a plus. • Ability to handle and resolve employee issues or requests effectively. • Positive and responsive attitude when providing support or communication. • Advanced Excel skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
