[Remote] Electronics Hardware Engineer (Equity-Based)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nexar Dynamics is creating an AI-powered smart recycling system and is seeking an Electronics Hardware Engineer. The role involves designing PCB layouts, developing power systems, and collaborating with firmware engineers to integrate and debug hardware components. Responsibilities • Design PCB board layouts for sensing, motor control, and system logic • Develop power systems, drivers, and embedded electronics • Select sensors, microcontrollers, and hardware components • Work with firmware engineers to integrate and debug boards • Build prototypes and refine electrical design for manufacturability • Manage EMI/EMC considerations for consumer hardware • Contribute to product safety, reliability, and performance Skills • 3–5+ years in electronics or PCB engineering • Proficiency with Altium, KiCad, or similar CAD tools • Experience designing PCBs for IoT or robotics products • Comfort with SMPS, motor drivers, and sensor interfaces • Understanding of manufacturing constraints and DFM • Strong problem-solving in hardware debugging • English fluency • NDA + Confidentiality Agreement before project access • Turkish fluency Benefits • Equity-based position with long-term upside • Full ESOP & vesting • Remote-first flexibility, Tallinn HQ after funding Company Overview • NEXAR Dynamics is a high-tech company specializing in advanced, high-performance software and hardware solutions.
