Responsibilities:
ā¢ Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI in entering, updating, and verifying structured information with speed and precision.
ā¢ Ensure prompts reflect best practices in high-volume clerical workflows across various sectors.
ā¢ Help shape how AI models interpret forms, digitize records, and ensure consistency across administrative and transactional datasets.
ā¢ Work fully remotely and asynchronously on a flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
Required:
ā¢ Strong professional experience in data entry, transcription, or administrative records processing.
ā¢ Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
ā¢ Strong background in areas such as entering alphanumeric or coded data into databases or spreadsheets, proofreading for input errors, and managing high volumes of digital forms.
