Data Entry Operator - US/CA Applicant Only
We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Operator who will be tasked with input of paper-based information into our digital systems. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. Aid the Front-End Processing (Accessioning and Data Entry) department with the accessioning of specimens, the entering of requisitions into the Radiant organization system.
Job Responsibilities:
Ā Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Ā Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Ā Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Ā Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Ā Apply data program techniques and procedures
Ā Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Ā Scan documents and print files, when needed
Ā Keep information confidential
Ā Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Ā Comply with data integrity and security policies
Ā Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Job Skills:
Ā Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
Ā Experience with MS Office and data programs
Ā Familiarity with administrative duties
Ā Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
Ā Typing speed and accuracy
Ā Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Ā Attention to detail and Confidentiality
Ā Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Ā High school diploma additional computer training or certification will be an asset
