Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
• NOTE: Candidates must have a quiet and private working environment and a high-speed, reliable internet connection.
• There is a Typing Test required for this role. Kindly take test over a Laptop/Desktop and do let me know once completed. Link for the same is mentioned below:
• Typing Test (at least 38 WPM):
• Outlook emails received, data needs to be entered onto shared excel spreadsheet per the final payment determination document.
• Ensure timely finalization & payment of IDR awards (final payment determinations).
• Review, process & adjust claims accordingly per IDR awards & settlement agreements.
• Ensure NSA IDR Claims Ops Team meets metrics & quality to remain compliant.
• Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• Key Skills:Experience with excel & Outlook, attention to detail, data entry speed, focus.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry speed, focus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel experience is required.

• Medical claims/Amisys is preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (May be required).
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
