Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ NOTE: Candidates must have a quiet and private working environment and a high-speed, reliable internet connection.
ā¢ There is a Typing Test required for this role. Kindly take test over a Laptop/Desktop and do let me know once completed. Link for the same is mentioned below:
ā¢ Typing Test (at least 38 WPM):
ā¢ Outlook emails received, data needs to be entered onto shared excel spreadsheet per the final payment determination document.
ā¢ Ensure timely finalization & payment of IDR awards (final payment determinations).
ā¢ Review, process & adjust claims accordingly per IDR awards & settlement agreements.
ā¢ Ensure NSA IDR Claims Ops Team meets metrics & quality to remain compliant.
ā¢ Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
ā¢ Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
ā¢ Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
ā¢ Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
ā¢ Key Skills:Experience with excel & Outlook, attention to detail, data entry speed, focus.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail, data entry speed, focus.
ā¢ Intermediate to advanced Excel experience is required.
ā¢ Experience with excel & Outlook, attention to detail, data entry speed, focus.

ā¢ Medical claims/Amisys is preferred.

ā¢ Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
ā¢ Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (May be required).
ā¢ Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
