Key Responsibilities: Respond to Customer Inquiries: Clarify desired information, research, locate, and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve Complex Issues: Clarify issues, research and explore answers and alternative solutions, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved problems to ensure prompt resolution. Fulfill Customer Requests: Clarify desired information, complete transactions, and forward requests to relevant teams or departments. Maintain Accurate Records: Enter information and document customer interactions in our call center database to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge: Participate in educational opportunities and knowledge management activities to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge. Develop Reporting Requirements: Collaborate with supervisors or managers to develop and implement reporting requirements that meet business needs. Provide Expert Support: Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members with complex issues or questions. Contribute to Team Success: Assist in the training of new hires and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality service delivery. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher. Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems and technologies. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex issues. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Experience in a Remote Work Environment: Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
