Other duties may be assigned.

Perform high volume of data entry work for received samples.


Accurate input and updating of existing records, within the LIMS system


Troubleshooting problems with incoming samples.


Work with customers to resolve discrepancies/issues.


Assist answering telephones and routing calls


Filing and sorting of documents


Assist in sample receiving area as needed
