Responsibilities
Ā Assist in procurement intake and compliance activities related to sourcing events.

Ā Work with Procurement leadership to develop and implement new policies and procedures.

Ā Ensure compliance activities occur in all Procurement sourcing events in collaboration with Senior Buyers.

Ā Procure complex materials, supplies, and services while adhering to the Bank's Acquisition Policy.

Ā Make purchasing recommendations based on data analysis.
,
Ā Perform competitive bidding processes by creating RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
,
Ā Negotiate cost savings and favorable terms with vendors.
,
Ā Manage a varied workload under deadlines and communicate issues to management.
,
Ā Write clear documentation and procedures for management and staff.
,
Ā Serve as a liaison for departments and provide training on procurement policies.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree and 4 years of procurement experience including sourcing and contract negotiations, or an associate degree and 6 years of procurement experience.

Ā Experience in IT sourcing and procurement processes.
,
Ā Strong contract negotiation skills.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Experience with spend analysis and procurement events.

Ā Familiarity with desktop products and procurement software.
