Data Entry and Billing Specialist
Description:
• This is a remote position.
• About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & Billing Specialist to support our billing operations for an educational business that provides services to government facilities.
• Key Responsibilities: Enter and maintain accurate data in billing systems and records
• Prepare and submit invoices using QuickBooks
• Review service records and ensure all billable items are accounted for
• Assist with maintaining billing logs and documentation for auditing purposes
• Use PDF Filer to complete and manage government forms and documentation (experience with PDF Filer is a plus)
• Coordinate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements:
• Proven experience in accurate data entry
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently during evening hours
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDF tools
• Prior experience in a billing or administrative support role preferred
