Contact Source Agent (Non-Clinical) - Remote Opportunity

As a Contact Source Agent, you will play a critical role in facilitating adult wellness, post-partum, or pediatric wellness visits via telehealth. Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Contact Source Supervisor, the Contact Source Agent will contact members of our insurance plan via phone, text, or email to encourage them to schedule telehealth appointments. The goal is to bridge the gap in care and help members understand and utilize their insurance plan benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outreach to patients in multiple states via phone, email, and text
Encourage individuals to schedule telehealth appointments with healthcare providers
Coordinate appointment scheduling and facilitate communication between patients and providers
Promote the use of insurance plan benefits to enhance overall wellbeing
Respond to inbound calls and manage patient volumes
Requirements and Qualifications
Call center experience required
Bilingual in Spanish, Creole, or Mandarin (optional, with pay differential)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Previous insurance company experience preferred
Remote calling experience preferred
