Data Engineer - Snowflake
What we're working on: We help global enterprises build and scale digital products powered by high-volume, high-impact data. Our projects involve modern cloud data platforms, complex transformation pipelines, and real-time business insights. What You'll Do • Lead a team of data engineers on Snowflake-based projects • Architect and optimize scalable ELT pipelines and data models • Guide best practices in Python, SQL, dbt, and AWS across the team • Translate business needs into technical plans and coordinate execution • Review code, support team growth, and ensure high delivery standards What We’re Looking For • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and data modeling • Proven leadership experience, ideally in a team lead or staff engineer role • Advanced SQL and Python skills • Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and AWS • Fluent in English (spoken and written) The job is 100% Remote; please ensure you have a comfortable office set at your desired work location. Salary Salary range: $70,000 - $130,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
