Position Overview Our construction team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality commercial refrigeration installations from blueprint to completion. Whether you’re learning the trade, leading a crew in the field, or managing multiple projects, you’ll be part of a team committed to safety, efficiency, and excellence. These are field-driven roles where teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail are essential. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a culture of professionalism and high performance. Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent) Depending on your experience level and position, responsibilities may include: Assisting with or leading refrigeration installation projects Reading and executing blueprints and construction drawings Building walk-ins and reach-ins Running line sets, brazing, and completing electrical connections Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment Managing project timelines and schedules Monitoring job costs and material usage Participating in job site and department meetings Maintaining job site safety and enforcing PPE protocols Performing quality control checks to meet company standards Training and mentoring team members What We’re Looking For Experience in commercial HVAC/R systems (varies by role) Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments Leadership capabilities (Foreman & Project Manager roles) Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship Willingness to learn and grow within the trade Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing years of leadership experience, we offer clear paths for advancement and professional development.
