At EX Squared LATAM, we partner with leading global companies to build high-impact digital solutions. We are currently looking for a Data Architect to join a growing team focused on building scalable data solutions and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This is a key role for a senior professional who can bridge business and technology, define data strategy, and guide implementation within a modern Microsoft-based data ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  Design and lead the implementation of scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business goals
  


• 
  Translate business requirements into technical data solutions, defining clear specifications and data models
  


• 
  Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams
  


• 
  Act as the technical leader within a cross-functional team, guiding a Data Engineer, Power BI specialist, and Product stakeholders
  


• 
  Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using Azure-based tools
  


• 
  Ensure best practices in data governance, data quality, and performance optimization
  


• 
  Enable and support data visualization initiatives, particularly through Power BI
  


• 
  Contribute to the evolution of the platform toward advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles
  


• 
  Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  


• 
  Experience working with Azure Data Factory and the Microsoft data ecosystem
  


• 
  Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline design
  


• 
  Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure
  


• 
  Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  


• 
  Proven ability to define architecture and guide implementation within small to mid-sized teams
  


• 
  Advanced English level - C1.

Nice to Have

• 
  Exposure to AI/ML initiatives or building data platforms that support machine learning use cases
  


• 
  Experience integrating backend data systems with visualization layers
  


• 
  Familiarity with modern development practices, including AI-assisted or agent-based workflows
  


• 
  Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
