The Data Product Architect builds the foundation for scalable, efficient data science practices across all channels. Main Responsibilities: • Enables Proactive Insights: Surfaces forward-looking analytics using advanced data modeling and engineering techniques. • Establishes COE Strategy: Develops MSS Data Science COE strategies, best practices, and scalable frameworks. • Optimizes Tools & Processes: Streamlines DS workflows, prioritizes initiatives, and enables cross-LOB alignment and scaling. • Leverages Technical Expertise: Utilizes PySpark/SQL, Fabric Engineering, and Lakehouse architecture for data model development. • Strengthens the Data Ecosystem: Troubleshoots to ensure performance, reliability, and accessibility. • PySpark/SQL • Fabric Engineer & Lakehouse Design • Data model development • Data ecosystem troubleshooting & Solutioning Hourly Rate and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $104,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
