Job Summary:
We are seeking multiple highly motivated Sales Associates which are called Independent Associates to join our organization. The Independent Associate will be responsible for attending as many trainings as needed (some trainings are even offered on weekends), generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone that is seasoned in sales or someone that is entering into the sales industry. You just need to be someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong interest in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Analyze customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Utilize technology provided platforms to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales opportunties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by reaching out to your upline team members if needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of technology used in sales is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills are preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Must be able to accept direct deposit Daily, Weekly, or monthly. Or have an address to accept commissions via mailed check.
