What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, lead, and implement parenting, educational, and recreational activities
- Build positive relationships with program participants
- Manage group of children and enforce agency policies
- Counsel youth through personal problems
- Provide input into development of treatment plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6-month experience in human services or Child Welfare Field
- Associate's degree in Human Services field preferred
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Experience with computer software and Trauma Informed Care
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with good written and verbal communication skills
