Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management, consulting, or software development in the Information Security industry .
3 years of experience using Agile methodologies and Agile project management tools while leading programs.
Preferred qualifications:
Agile certification.
CISSP or equivalent certification.
7 years of experience working with Information Security, infrastructure, software, or platforms, and 2 years of experience with cloud services.
5 years of experience managing projects and customer relationships while working cross-functionally in a large organization.
3 years of experience with Developer Operations practices.
About The Job
The Mandiant Cyber Program Accelerator supports our clients in building and transforming their Security program. We are security implementation specialists, who take a look at all of the client's program needs and develop a roadmap in the creation of their program's future state. Once we develop the roadmap, we define the outcomes and drive the implementation of the activities required to achieve the desired future state. We then sit with the client throughout the engagement and act as key team leads who are trusted advisors to the senior leadership.
As a Cybersecurity Delivery Manager Consultant, you will assess and improve client Security Programs. You will manage and lead multiple workstreams to achieve business outcomes. You will assist in client satisfaction and delivery quality.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $161,000-$241,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead multi-disciplinary security programs or projects from proposal to completion.
Define the engagement delivery approach and deliver on client engagements.
Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
Hire, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Leads to meet objectives.
Work with internal and client stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
